Mark Sheridan will explain the concept of the blend and the process. These grapes were harvested from the Osoyoos East Bench vineyard, which is nicknamed Vineyard Eleven. Mark tells the story of Curt’s name for the very special vineyard. He called it 11/10. UNDICI is Italian for Eleven.
