As always, when I get next to a gathering of craft makers, whether they be wine makers, brewers, cider makers, chefs, sparkling wine makers or spirits, I always do way too many interviews.
It’s like a buffet. Can’t help myself.

The Sleeman Family. Cooper and John Sleeman represent 6 generations of brewing and spirits. World class artisans since 1836.
We do touch on the many awards they won but really the story is the family and how they became legends.

The Rhythm and Booze Project (Felipe Schreiberg and Paul Archibald)  Not only are they a two man  band, playing the blues, but they are whisky educators as well.
