May 30, 1968, following a long trip to India and back, The Beatles met at EMI Studios in London and began recording the first of 30 songs for what would become The White Album (officially called The Beatles).
While they were living in India, they studied Transcendental Meditation with Maharishi Mahesh Yogi and wrote 19 of the songs they would record. The White Album is considered by many to be one of the best albums ever recorded. Playing four of those songs for you. Donors with the correct mantra get 5.
Over the Stew’s two hours, we also have classics from

The Beatles White Album-1968
Ray Charles and Van Morrison and Van’s song to Ray
Frazey Ford, The Heptones, John Fogerty (live), BB King, Elton John, Black and the Rodeo Kings, The Slackers, Bonnie Raitt, The Velveletts, Chuck Berry, The Isley Brothers, and Leonard Cohen.
New songs and donor songs from Belinda Carlisle, Led Zeppelin, Lake Street Dive, Susan Tedeschi, Ian Moore, Robert Plant and David Gray.
And, of course, four songs from The White Album.
(What would you play?)
