It’s a Family Affair

Hello all –
The 2026 Wine Align National Wine Awards of Canada are quickly being rolled out.
Days ago, the much-anticipated Platinum winners were announced.
Out of 1800 wines tasted and judged,  13 wines were deemed the best of the best.
To my delight Meyer Family Vineyards and Mayhem Vineyards were  both were on the Platinum list!
Terry Meyer Stone and her 2025 Mayhem Syrah Gill Estate Vineyard (94 points)
was right next to
JAK Meyer’s 2023  Meyer Chardonnay Old Main Road Vineyard (94 points)
I dug out the most recent interview I’d done with this dynamic brother and sister in Okanagan Falls.
And here it is. From Sept 13, 2025.  The Meyer Family. Platinum Awards Winners.

Meyer Family Vineyards / Mayhem Wines.

It’s a Family Affair!!

For the past 5-7 years – just around Harvest – I’ve gone seeking Terry Meyer Stone and her brother JAK Meyer.

Terry owns Mayhem Wines and JAK owns Meyer Family Vineyards.

Both in Okanagan Falls.

JAK, partners and staff are celebrating their fabulous showing at the 2025 Canadian National Wine Awards.
